We are pleased to present this new version of Wazo mobile application.
More than only increasing the stability and solving issues, this new version adds important improvements.
We strongly advise to update Wazo Mobile applications to this last version.
This new version is now supporting Early Media.
Within this improvement, it is solving some audio issues such as the impossibility to hear a voicemail message.
This new version of Wazo mobile application offers the possibility to distribute the application as white label.

Click to call
Is now possible on Android to call with Wazo when clicking on call button during internet navigation.
Call a local contact
It is now possible on Android to call an internal contact number with Wazo.
Phone account activation is not anymore requested to use the Wazo mobile application on Android phone. Within this evolution, Wazo mobile application is now supported on more Android phones and the calling screen is now the one developped by Wazo and not anymore the one of the phone itself.
Increasing the caling experience
As a result of the new call screen, it is now possible to easily transfer an active call.
It is also possible to know before answering it if an incoming call is a video call or not.
This new version of Wazo mobile application allow the compatibility with Android 13 OS.
UX improvement - Meatball
This version brings improvements that simplify and standardize the use of the meatball menus used in recent event screen and in chat screen.
Through that improvement, it is now possible to call a contact directly from chat screen.
We fix severals technical issues in this new release that will provide a much better call experience:
- Fixed Display <unknown> instead of number.
- Fixed Don't see contact name on outgoing call.
- Fixed Being able to play a empty voicemail message.
- Fixed Clicking on a chat notification do not redirect to Wazo chat screen
