List licenses and libraries

Licenses and libraries are now visible and accessible in "parameter"->"About"->"Licenses"

Display information when engine is not reachable

When engine is not reachable, the mobile application now display a red ban on the top

Other improvements

• Set to 50 hours the limit of automatic reconnection to WebRtc;
• Block Double call;
• Put an "eye" on password modification fields;
• It shouldn't be possible to active call forwarding without a destination number;

Bug Resolution

• Receive a call by push don't work properly;
• Songbird Crash in rare occasion;
• CallKeep not displayed on Sumsung phone with android 9;
• Cannot see the call scene into songbird;
• GSM mode - At the end of a call, close the call scene;
• Red band appear each time on top during 1 sec before desapear automatically;
