INTRODUCTION
This version of Wazo Web and Desktop integrates important fix and is significantly more reactive
It also integrates an advanced way to record log for support purpose.
We strongly advise to update all Wazo Desktop application to this new version.
IMPROVEMENTS
Application can now be provisionned with a configuration file
This configuration helps the application to activate and configure following functionnalities:
- Activation or not of auto-update (only for Wazo Desktop)
- Activation or not of emmergency alert information top ban
- STUN server
- TURN server activation and parameter
- Server and log detail recorded
- ICE timeout

Capacity to record live log into a remote server
This new version includs the possibility to record accurate level of log on a specific server.
This functionnality can be very usefull to help user support.
Activation of this functionnality is possible through the Configuration file.
When activated, user has also the possibility to report a bug by clicking on a dedicated button in left blue panel. The information will be recorded in live logs.
Display notification when call is not answered
Wazo application now inform the user by a visual notification when a call is not answered:
- Call as been hanguped by the caller
- Call as been answered on another line
- Call as been answered by a Wazo collegue for one of the following reasons:
- Call interception
- Call fron a group answered by a collegue
- Call from a queue answered by a collegue
Inform user if call is hanguped due to an audio source issue
If audio source are not well setuped, call will automatically be hanguped.
Wazo applications now informs the reason when this automatic action is performed.
It help the user to understand why the call has been hanguped in order for the user to focus on material problem resolution.
Display application version in login screen
It is now possible to display Wazo Web and Desktop application version directly from login screen
TECHNICAL
Capacity to login with Refresh Token
In order to simplify some support action, Wazo Web and Desktop now give a new way to login into the application without password. It use the refresh token, a secured token created by the user.
To acces this functionnality, click five times on wazo logo in the login page.
Use new agentd endpoints to logoff/pause/unpause agents
Wazo Stack 20.16 change agentd endpoints
This new version of Wazo Web and Desktop is compatible with old and new agentd endpoints.
