In order to personalize the greeting messages of the mailboxes of users or systems, it is possible to load via Portal the sound files and to listen to them: Read the tutorial
You have to go to the desired mailbox and edit it then click on the "Greetings" tab and load the desired sound file.
When a call arrives in the system, for a DID number called, a greeting message will be played to the caller completely before the call is distributed.
However, if a time slot of the "closed" type exists, then the message will not be played and the call will be directly distributed according to the specific scenario of this time slot.

We have changed the display of labels. The interface now displays the extension number instead of the user's email. Thus facilitating your search to find a user in our forms.
