New functionalities
Display which line is selected
When having more than one line available, Wazo Web and Desktop application now display whish line is selected. Either WebRTC or other line (SIP or SCCP).
An icon is visible on top of the application to inform the user whish line is selected

Bug Resolution
- Wrong call duration displayed when longer than an hour
- Don't see presential in Internal phonebook
- Display wrong information on contact when no line
- Cursor goes end when writing domain information
