New functionalities

Desktop - MSI Installer;

It is now possible to installe Songbird Desktop on Windows with a ".msi" file.

User will then have the choice to install Songbird Desktop on Windows with an ".exe" or ".msi" file.

Desktop - Facilitate GPO domain server configuration;

Domain information use in Songbird Desktop is now configurable through a GPO. 
Please refer to this documentation to know more about this capability.

Other improvements

• Update download page to be able to download applications;
• Add the possibility to compose DTMF during a call into a conference room;

Bug Resolution

• Websocket connexion are not correctly cleared;

• Relocate functionalities should be available only when engine is 19.9 minimum;
• When disconnected from asterisk, register again automatically;
